Emitech Group designs and builds custom test benches for aerospace, space and defence. From specification to commissioning, we deliver turnkey: requirements analysis, mechanical and mechatronic design, instrumentation and control, manufacture, on-site installation, calibration, operator training and long-term maintenance.

Our benches cover mechanical, hydraulic, thermal and electrical testing — bearing rigs to 100 kN, rotating machinery to 15,000 rpm, pressure and burst rigs to 600 bar, fluid conditioning to 160 °C — as well as powertrain benches for hybrid, electric, hydrogen and alternative fuels. As a National Instruments Silver Partner, we develop acquisition and control software in LabVIEW.

Backed by 680 specialists and 18 test centres, we also run the qualification campaigns: DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461.
