HGL Dynamics is a global provider of Dynamics Measurement Systems for the Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine sectors, with sites in the UK, USA and Europe. Clients include many blue chip OEMs (eg Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Siemens Energy).

Our solutions range from standalone acquisition units to fully integrated measurement, analysis and data management systems. Acquisition modules are available in 2 to 1024+ channel configurations. They are passively cooled, hermetically sealed, rugged, and consistently demonstrate < 0.1% errors across large temperature (-55 to +80^oC), pressure (sea-level to 20,000m), frequency and gain ranges,

Acquisition, Real-time Monitoring, Analysis and Storage software and firmware suites, both standard and bespoke (to interface with customer systems/specific data converters) are available.

Design and production is 100% in-house at HGL’s UK facilities ensuring optimised development lifecycles and shorter supply chains; our experienced technical teams also offer external electronic, mechanical and software design, consultancy and production services.
