HGL Dynamics is a global provider of Dynamics Measurement Systems for the Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine sectors; HGL teams are located in the UK, Europe, North America and South Korea, supported by long standing distributors in the APAC region.  Clients include blue chip OEMs (eg Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Siemens Energy).

Our solutions range from standalone acquisition units to fully integrated measurement, analysis and data management systems.  All HGL’s Acquisition Systems are passively cooled, hermetically sealed, rugged, and demonstrate < 0.1% errors across large temperature, pressure, frequency and gain ranges. All are capable of operating -55 to +80oC (Ambient), sea-level to 60,000ft (20,000m), for long durations in challenging environments. They are available in 2 to 1024+ channel configurations. The Acquisition Front End range has recently been expanded to include 1Hz-1000Hz Steady State and 500kHz-10MHz High Speed and Blade Tip Timing capabilities.

Acquisition, Real-time Monitoring, Analysis and Storage software and firmware suites, for use on HGL and/or third party PCs, is available as both standard or bespoke (to interface with customer systems/specific data converters)

Design and production is 100% in-house at HGL’s UK facilities ensuring optimised development lifecycles and shorter supply chains; our experienced technical teams also offer external electronic, mechanical and software design, consultancy and production services.
