To exploit the full efficiency potential of high-aspect ratio wings (HARW) for next generation aircraft, innovative moveables and flight control systems have to be developed and tested. This is a key objective of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) aeronautics strategy. The presentation introduces the DLR Virtual Product House (VPH), an integration center for digital development and certification of aircraft components. Different HARW moveables concepts have been digitally designed, manufactured and tested together with industry. The combination of the VPH digital end-to-end process with a new flight controls test infrastructure enables very efficient simulation and demonstration of new moveables technologies and their integration into next aircraft HAR wings.
