Adrian Neve graduated in 1996 from the University of Southampton with a B.Eng. (hons) in Aeronautics and Astronautics and joined the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (now QinetiQ) at Boscombe Down. He undertook roles related to helicopter performance at both Boscombe Down and then Farnborough before returning to Boscombe Down in 2002 to work in helicopter flight test and related fields. He has led flight trials of a variety of helicopters at locations worldwide and has over 500 flying hours as flight test engineer. Adrian was elected a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society in 2017 and a QinetiQ Fellow in March 2018. He has been head of Head of QinetiQ Flight Test Organisation since 2018.
