Austin is co-founder and CEO of Sift, the data-infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams. Before founding Sift, he spent nearly five years at SpaceX building mission-critical software across rocket and spacecraft manufacturing and the tools used to develop and operate the Starlink constellation. He co-founded Sift in 2022 to bring that level of data infrastructure to every hardware company. Sift serves teams across commercial space and defence, helping them move faster from test to insight across the full hardware lifecycle.
