Carlos Santos has 25 years of experience in flight testing across GE Aerospace development programs on the 747 FTB and major airframer flight test vehicles (Airbus, Boeing, COMAC, and Embraer). He is technical co-lead for the experimental modification of the GE Aerospace 747-400 FTB, former Chair and Co-Founder of GE Aerospace Flight Test Design Board. Carlos has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Arizona State University.
