Cédric Savineau is the Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Manufacturing Officer at HYNAERO, where he leads the technical development and industrialization of the Fregate-F100—Europe's next-generation amphibious firefighting aircraft. An MIT-educated engineer and MBA-qualified operations executive, Cédric brings over 25 years of global cross-functional leadership across the aerospace, automotive, transport, and clean-tech sectors.

Throughout his career, he has held executive engineering and industrial operations roles at major aerospace tier-1s and OEMs—including Daher, Latécoère (Canada), SABCA (Belgium), and the Volvo Group. Tri-lingual and adept at bridging shop-floor operations with boardroom strategy, Cédric specializes in scaling new industrial operations, driving complex aerospace integrations, and implementing continuous operational excellence for complex hardware platforms.
