Frédéric MARCHETTO is an experienced aerospace leader with a strong background in systems program management, dedicated to shaping the future of aviation through collaborative innovation.  

With a robust background spanning over two decades at Airbus, Frédéric has evolved from a Senior Systems Architect on major programs like the A380 to managing strategic supplier R&T partnerships and procurement innovation. Known for his strategic vision and ability to connect teams within the broader aerospace ecosystem, he was leading the CORAC (French council for Civil Aviation) and coordinating Clean Aviation Systems roadmaps.  

Frédéric now leads the aeronautical sector of Aerospace Valley, driving collective growth, business development and technological advancements activities in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.
