Freshta Farzam is the CEO and Founder of LYTE Aviation, an aerospace startup focused on disrupting urban and regional air mobility through heavyweight, zero-emission aircraft. A German "spiritual entrepreneur" based in Hamburg, Farzam is known for her bold business mindset and holistic approach to leadership, which incorporates meditation and mental clarity as core professional tools.

Farzam has steered LYTE Aviation toward the development of the LA-44, a 40-seater hybrid eVTOL aircraft designed for passenger transport (SkyBus), cargo (SkyTruck), and medical emergencies (SkyClinic). Her vision emphasizes solving large-scale sustainability challenges by bypassing the "start-small" industry trend and moving directly to high-capacity, hydrogen-electric platforms that require only a 50-meter landing field. Under her leadership, the company has secured over €1.42 billion in pre-orders, including a recent €500 million agreement for 10 SkyClinic units intended for medical operations in India.

Before founding LYTE Aviation, Farzam worked at the intersection of renewable energy and green hydrogen projects, connecting strategic partners with investors for solar, wind, and biomass plants. Her career transition to aerospace was driven by a desire to personally solve the sustainability hurdles facing modern aviation.
