Kristof Risse joined the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in 2015, and the DLR Programme Directorate Aeronautics in 2017. Since then, he is leading the DLR Virtual Product House (VPH) in Bremen, an integration center for digital aircraft development and certification. Kristof Risse studied aerospace engineering at RWTH Aachen university and ENSICA Toulouse, and received his doctorate for his work on laminar aircraft design. After that, he worked at DLR and Airbus and brings experience of more than 15 years in overall aircraft and wing moveables design, as well as virtual testing and certification.
