With over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering and systems engineering processes, Wes currently serve as co-founder and principal engineer at Lat51 Space Systems in the UK and Velon GmbH in Austria. His work emphasizes the design and execution of precision instrumentation, automation systems, and experimental platforms for challenging environments, including spaceflight and advanced research applications.
